   ÂWe are offering short term studies (6 to 8 weeks) for adults of all ages, for youth and for children beginning Wednesday,   February 3rd.
Â
   This will be a great time to gather with friends and family and share a meal and fellowship with each other.Â
Â
   Meals will be provided each Wednesday  evening at 5:30 p.m. The studies begin at 6:00 p.m. The cost of the meal is $5 per person or $10 per family. You may choose to come for the study only, the meal only or the study and the meal. We guarantee you will enjoy one or all of the above!

  A nurseryis provided in the Crib Room and Toddler Room for children 3 years old and younger.

 Take a step-by-step journey through the last day of Jesus' life as this study takes a look at the events and sites in the Holy Land that Jesus experienced in his final day.

With the help of noted United Methodist  minister, Rev. Adam Hamilton, we will examine The Last Supper, The Garden of Gethsemane, The Crucifixion and more. Group leader: Rev. Ellen Willett. Cost for book: $15.

    ÂThe Shack
Discussion Group
Join others in a lively discussion of the popular book by William P. Young, The Shack.    Examine examples of basic religious doctrines and how they are basic to understanding God's interaction with our lives. Group leader: Rev. Scott Dornbush. The Shack may be purchased ahead of time, or ordered through the church no later than Wednesday, January 20th. Cost for book: $15.

To Save A LifeÂ
Â
To Save A Life is a movie about the real-life       challenges of teens and their choices. It addresses today's raw youth culture including drinking and drugs. As our youth see the movie and use the To Save A Life study sessions during their WNL       ÂFlip Side, parents are invited to meet together in the lower level of the Youth Building for         discussions on important topics such as  resolving conflicts, raising children who make good choices, forgiveness, and more.        Parents are invited to view the movie at The Grande Theater in Conroe beginning January 22nd.Â

This short term Disciple Bible Study will explore the Bible's prayer book with their moving testimonies of grace, glory, sorrow and beauty as the study helps participants give voice to their own joys and struggles. Group leader: Rev. Mark Pickett. Cost for Participant Book: $10.

 Flip Side  for Youth
Join us for a six-week series of devotionals and study on the movie To Save A Life. The movie has been called a "wake-up call for all teenagers to the fact that they are on this earth to express the love of God on their campus, in their family and in their          communities." Join Flip Side as members of the group try to answer the question, "What's my life going to be about?" (See letter mailed separately about MYF outing to see the movie in Conroe.)
